What settings do you control?

Most people are focused on what they do not have control over – their income, their time, the weather, their boss, etc.

Rarely do they stop and really consider what they do have control over. Yes, there are many “settings” you do not control, but there are a great many other ones that you do.

For example, you may not be able to control your income, but you can control your expenses.

You may not be able to control all of your time (at least not yet), but you may be able to control how you perceive your time.

You may not be able to control the weather, but you can control what you wear.

You may not be able to control events that happen to you, but you can control how you react to events.

That is a setting you can always control. Use it to your advantage.
